Who am I?
I am Jorge Gutiérrez, a lawyer specialising in privacy, especially personal data protection, protection of trade secrets and law related to e-commerce and new technologies.
My experience from more than 25 years in business legal advice, of which the last 10 years have been specialised in privacy issues and law related to new technologies and e-commerce, has allowed me to advise and implement data protection protocols or to provide legal advice on e-commerce or new technologies and information security to more than 300 companies from the most diverse economic sectors. Likewise, due to my commitment to the teaching of the culture on data protection and information security in Companies, I have collaborated in publications, and I give conferences, talks and courses on these matters, both in person and online.
I am a certified Data protection Officer and I provide services as such for companies and institutions.
